Rewards & How to Redeem

Use your STL Shuttle Service points toward a future booking. 100 points = 10% off, with a maximum discount of $50 per redemption.

How to redeem your points

1. Log in to your website account. Use the email address associated with your bookings. Log in or manage your account. If you have an account but forgot your password, choose “Lost your password?” on the login page.
2. Check your points below. You can also open “My Rewards” on a booking page and select “Redeem.”
3. Choose “Use Points for a Booking Discount.” Once you have enough points, redeem them to create a reward coupon.
4. Apply your reward coupon before paying. Select “Apply Coupon,” or copy the reward code into the coupon field in your cart or checkout. Confirm that the discount appears in your order total before completing payment.

Redeeming points creates a coupon; it does not automatically refund an existing booking. If you booked as a guest or your points are missing, contact us with the email address and order number used for your booking so we can check your rewards record.
